AHIMA24 Conference will be a hybrid event, In-Person and Virtual live-streamed, meaning some sessions will be streamed live from the In-Person conference. Live streamed sessions will be available as on-demand content after the In-Person event. In-Person and Virtual registrants will have access to on-demand content as part of their registration.

Group Discount
Groups of seven (7) or more from the same company are encouraged to take advantage of our group discount: groups of seven (7) or more people are eligible for a $100 discount per person in the group. Please note that all attendees must register at the same time to receive the group discount. The group discount is for the In-Person event only; group discount does not apply to Virtual registration. Please note that except for The Great Gathering, all meals and breaks will be served in the AHIMA24 Exhibit Hall.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you cannot attend the conference, you may provide a substitute or cancel your registration. In either case, please notify us in writing at registration@ahima.org as soon as possible. Appropriate registration category fees will be assessed for substitutions. A $150 USD processing fee will be assessed if cancelled by Monday, September 9, 2024. No refunds will be granted after Monday, September 9, 2024, unless cancellation is due to an emergency, pending written documentation of said emergency, which is at the discretion of AHIMA.
Change from In-Person to Virtual
The deadline to switch from In-Person to Virtual without penalty is Monday, September 9, 2024. If you switch after the deadline, there will be a $150 USD processing fee.
