AHIMA24 TIP: AHIMA24 Conference is a hybrid event. That means some sessions will be streamed live from the Salt Palace Convention Center and made available on-demand after the conference ends. AHIMA24 in-person attendees may view live stream on-demand sessions until February 5, 2025, so you can continue learning and earning CEUs well into 2025! Don’t worry, we have you covered! This year, AHIMA24 is a hybrid event, meaning some sessions will be streamed live from the Salt Palace Convention Center and made available post-conference to view on-demand! Attending live streamed sessions in real-time allows viewers to participate in live Q&A sessions, connect with their community, and feel the energy exuding from the AHIMA24 in-person event. Attendees who opt for our virtual Live Stream / On-Demand only option will have access to select sessions during the in-person conference, and on-demand after the in-person conference until December 27, 2024, and may earn up to 28 CEUs derived from sessions live streamed during the conference dates and on-demand sessions. If you cannot attend the conference, you may provide a substitute or cancel your registration. In either case, please notify us in writing at registration@ahima.org as soon as possible. Appropriate registration category fees will be assessed for substitutions. A $150 USD processing fee will be assessed if cancelled by Monday, September 9, 2024. No refunds will be granted after Monday, September 9, 2024, unless cancellation is due to an emergency, pending written documentation of said emergency, which is at the discretion of AHIMA.
The deadline to switch from In-Person to Virtual without penalty is Monday, September 9, 2024. If you switch after the deadline, there will be a $150 USD processing fee.
