About this Session
When the pandemic started in 2020, everyone went through a major shift in how they communicate. Everything that could move online, did: Education, staff meetings, work, shopping, medical appointments, and more. Some people were already working remotely and made the transition a little more easily. For others, it was—and is—overwhelming. Zoom burn-out, or Zoom fatigue, is a real phenomenon experienced by many.
