The Business Intelligence Imperative

Organizations that flourish in the “new normal” must adapt their strategy and objectives to a data-driven direction. The rapidly changing environment of today requires new approaches and ideas that can only be discerned through the focused use of business intelligence (BI) capabilities. Understanding how to identify the right data for decision making is a prerequisite to beneficial BI design and implementation. Presenters at this session will prepare leaders to advance BI capabilities at their respective organizations by applying lessons learned from those who have achieved successful results.

Learner Outcomes

At the completion of this session, attendees will be able to:
• Analyze the elements of a successful BI strategy.
• Classify the organizational priorities of their organization that BI can support.
• Construct a case for advancing BI capabilities.
