Bridging The Great Divide

Presenters at this session will share how to visualize a new destination and the team it takes to achieve it. They will discuss organizational structure before and after a change, navigating through cultural shock, and gathering the right data.

Attend this session to learn about how to harness expertise in the midst of experts. Presenters will highlight the importance of getting to know each individual beyond their expertise in an effort to understand their purpose and help them to reach their destination. They will also discuss how to create purpose in the mundane, standardizing and simplifying, and ruling by committee.
