Developing and Implementing an Audit Program for Physician Services

Presenters at this session will review what a physician practice, especially those with multi-specialties, should consider when they are creating and then implementing an audit program. They will discuss why provider groups and practices need to be aware of the payer and governmental regulations. And this session will include important resources and factors to consider when developing and implementing the auditing plan, including how to get leadership to buy in.
