This workshop introduces the design thinking process, a five-part problem-solving approach that you can apply in both your organization and your daily life. When design thinking is applied to business, innovation improves substantially. Participants will be provided with a rich, hands-on learning experience full of design thinking activities that will help them discover ways to apply the methodology to their work.

  • Learning the iterative five-step design thinking process and considering its application in workplace challenges

What Does it Take to Become a Revenue Cycle Executive?

This workshop will discuss the components of the revenue cycle, including financial terms and metrics. Participants will review the impact of each function in the revenue cycle on the organization's profit and losses. Revenue integrity concepts will be woven throughout the discussion, and educational opportunities for building essential foundational knowledge will be explored. Participant discussion encouraged!

  • Understand the scope of the revenue cycle 

  • Understand some of the terminology and metrics for the revenue cycle and impact of revenue cycle functions on the organization's financial statements 

  • Learn about the necessary skills—and how to build them—for success in the revenue cycle

To attend, add your chosen workshop to your cart when you register for the conference. Three CEUs are available for workshop participants. An additional fee is required for workshop registration.
